Terms and Conditions

Changes
This estimate is for work based upon original specifications. Any additions or changes will result in charges for work done at an hourly rat of $100 per hour.

Payment
Payment is due within 15 days of order receipt. 

Cancellation
Work in progress cancelled by the client shall result in a fee based on the amount of labour and materials used up to the date of cancellation. Work stopped by the client may be considered cancelled after 30 days. In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork and disks produced by Green Grass Inc. belong to the designer.

Overrruns
Orders may be subject to 5% over or underrun.

Copyright
This agreement is subject to current Canadian/US copyright and fair practice law. If ideas presented are utilized, greengrass productions inc. requires the first right of refusal to quote and produce all items.
